I was referred to Carpentry plus by a friend of mine who had used them previously and spoke very highly about the work they had carried out.
From my initial meeting with them they were honest, very thorough and filled me with the confidence that the work they would do would be to the very high standards I required.
I wanted to get involved with the project management but I very soon realised that I didn't have enough of the expertise required, however I always felt that I could have an input and Carpentry Plus were in total control of the project.
We now have a brand new kitchen, bathroom, beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the house and a wonderful new extension. I couldn't be happier with what they have done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend carpentry plus to anyone.

I first made contact with Neil via a referral from a colleague in May 2007.
After various discussions I decided that he was what I required to undertake the full time restoration project of our house and staff cottage.
He worked initially as a carpenter in a team with our other staff and since the summer of 2008, he has been in charge of the team fully refurbishing a cottage attached to the main house.
Neil worked diligently in his initial role as a carpenter and then was a very effective manager, dealing efficiently and methodically with procurement of both direct labour and sub-contractors, and the procurement of all of the materials.
The job was a thorough strip out and rebuild under the direction of an architect and structural engineer with whom Neil worked very effectively.
He is very reliable timekeeper, thinks ahead and deals well with all types of people.
